Reiki Healing Sessions - Visit Page - Top Of Page

Programme:	While a single session can be a wonderful and healing experience, we recommend a minimum of three weekly sessions to allow the energy to work effectively at the many levels at which it can. For deeper and more complex issues, up to twelve sessions may be required.
Notes:	People who have chronic conditions can find Reiki wonderfully supportive in giving them extra energy, endurance and pleasure in life. Where a commitment is made to an extended programme of treatment of twenty or more sessions, the session price will be reduced to £25-00.

Reiki Exchange - Visit Page - Top Of Page

For:	Reiki practioners at all levels who are looking to share their experiences with and learn from others, those who are new to Reiki and who’d like to experience Reiki in a warm group environment.
Cost:	£5.00 (guests may visit up to three times at no charge)
Duration:	Two hours (Wed: 18:30-20:30)
Programme:	After an initial meditation, up to three people can take a turn on the massage table and receive Reiki from the others in the group. We are a friendly bunch and jokes, banter and laughter are the order of the day. Equally, when it is appropriate for the person on the table, either a respectful and supportive silence or help and encouragement to deal with issues as they come up is also available.
Notes:	The Reiki Exchange usually takes place at our home in Black Dam, Basingstoke.

For:	Students who wish to have the Reiki energy in their hands so that they can give it to themselves, their family and friends.

Programme:	After a basic grounding in how the mind and body work, and how one can powerfully affect the other, we teach standard Usui Reiki as we find this basic grounding allows people to then find their own path, affinities and talents with the Reiki (for example some people are more guided to work with animals than people, or discover previously unknown heightened awarenesses which might have eluded them in a more complex and directive environment). Students will receive four attunements at the Reiki I level.
Notes:	We keep our courses small, a maximum of five students, as this allows us to give everyone extensive personal attention. We include regular refreshment breaks, including tea, coffee, juice, cake and biscuits. When we run the course at home we also provide supper on Friday evening and lunch on both Saturday and Sunday, otherwise these meals are either by arrangement with the host or to be taken locally to the course venue.

Students will receive one attunement at the Reiki III level.

Lymphatic Drainage

Programme:	As improvements to lymph flow are progressive, it is recommended that an extended course of treatment is undertaken. As each person is an individual and will respond individually, it is not possible to say in advance how many treatments may be necessary, however, most people should expect to see noticable improvements after four weekly sessions. Additional maintenance sessions may be required to maintain improvements.
